Inter have reportedly agreed the sale of midfielder Ebeneezer Akinsanmiro to Monza for €7.5m plus a 10 per cent cut of the future sale fee.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the full agreement has been reached and the clubs shook hands on the deal.
Notably, there is no buy-back clause involved, so Inter are making the permanent sale for the youth academy product.
Akinsanmiro set for Monza move

The 21-year-old has one senior cap for Nigeria, earned in December 2025, but was part of the Africa Cup of Nations squad in 2025-26.
He came to the Inter youth academy in January 2023 and had loan experiences with Sampdoria and last season played for Pisa.
There had also been interest in Akinsanmiro this summer from the likes of Bologna, Werder Bremen and Borussia Monchengladbach.
The midfielder can continue his Serie A career for Monza, who earned promotion to the top flight via the play-offs.
Akinsanmiro made 25 Serie A appearances, contributing one assist.
