Tulio Tinti, the agent of Inter and Italy centre-back Alessandro Bastoni, has definitively ruled out the possibility of his client moving away from San Siro this summer, following reports that Barcelona were keen to make him their marquee signing: ‘He will definitely stay at Inter, there has never been a problem’. Towards the end of the 2025-26 season, it was widely reported in Italy and Spain that Barcelona were keen to add Bastoni to their defensive ranks for the 2026-27 season. He’s happy to wear the Inter shirt. There has never been a problem,” his agent, Tinti, told Sky Sport Italia in a brief interview after a meeting with representatives from the club. “Bastoni is an Inter player and will definitely stay at Inter. Anything can happen in football.” MILAN, ITALY – MAY 03: Alessandro Bastoni of FC Internazionale Milano celebrates after being confirmed as Serie A champions following victory in the Serie A match between FC Internazionale and Parma Calcio 1913 at Giuseppe Meazza Stadium on May 03, 2026 in Milan, Italy.
