Milan made the most expensive signing of the summer with their purchase of centre-forward Ramos on a club-record deal from Paris Saint-Germain.
The Rossoneri actually claim the top two most expensive signings of the Serie A transfer window with their addition of Diego Moreira, whose fee could end up hitting the €65m mark if all bonuses are activated.
Randal Kolo Muani completes the top three after his permanent return to Juventus from PSG, coming in at a cost of €50m including bonuses.

This list does not include players who were signed on loan with options or obligations to buy last season. A few notable examples are:

It should also be noted that Como spent a reported €60m to purchase the remaining 50% of the rights to Nico Paz from his former club Real Madrid this summer.
