Stankovic decision still not made after Inter medical

(Photo by Kenta Harada/Getty Images)It was already reported that Stankovic was in Italy this week for medical tests with Inter, but La Gazzetta dello Sport warn that a decision has not yet been made.As part of that deal, Inter can still activate the buy-back option in June 2027, with the price going up to €25m.Stankovic met with coach Chivu, who he had already worked with in the youth academy, but no decision has yet been made.It is entirely possible that Inter could bring him back only to then sell him off again immediately at a profit, asking for circa €40m.Chivu already showed last summer he was prepared to give youth a chance with Francesco Pio Esposito, who many others wanted to send out on loan instead.
